Supply terms
This page explains how quotations and orders work with Stones Forever LLC. The terms that bind a sale are the ones written on your quotation or invoice; this page does not add to them.
Status of this page
The terms of each sale are set out in your written quotation and invoice. Nothing on this page creates obligations for you or for us beyond what is written there. If anything here appears to conflict with your quotation or invoice, the quotation or invoice applies.
Your written quotation
Each written quotation or invoice sets out the terms of that supply, including:
- The materials, grade, thickness, format and finish
- Quantities, and the unit of sale for each line
- Prices, and how UAE VAT applies
- How long the quotation is valid
- Delivery or collection arrangements
- Payment terms
- How to accept the quotation
A website enquiry is a request, not an order
A quote request, BOQ upload, saved selection, quote basket or shared selection link is a request for information or pricing. It is not an order, and it does not reserve stock. A sale is agreed only when a written quotation is accepted in the way it describes.
Natural variation
Granite and marble are natural materials. Colour, veining and pattern vary between slabs and between batches, and the photographs on this website show examples, not the exact stone you will receive. If you need to see what will be supplied, ask to inspect the slabs at our yard or by video before you accept. Read about natural variation.
Measurements, quantities and wastage
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer or the buyer's fabricator is responsible for measurements, quantities, cutting layouts and wastage allowances. Check your quantities before you accept a quotation. Our BOQ guide explains what to check.
Information on this website
Product details, photographs, formats and availability on this website may change and may contain errors, which we correct when we find them. Website content is not an offer to sell; your quotation confirms what can be supplied.
Returns, refunds and warranties
We do not publish standard return, refund or warranty terms. Any such terms that apply to your purchase are those written on your quotation or invoice. If you need them set out, ask before you accept.
