Privacy and data use
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, where it is stored, who can see it, how long we keep it and how to ask us about it. It is prepared for the UAE.
Who we are
This website is operated by Stones Forever LLC, a natural-stone supplier at 6318/09B, Emirates Industrial City, near Sajja Police Station, Sharjah, UAE. We decide how the information you send through this website is used. For any privacy question, email [email protected] or call +971 6 579 5548.
What we collect through forms
We collect only what you choose to send us through a form, plus the limited technical and usage information described in the next section. Each form marks which fields are required.

Technical and usage information
When a request is accepted, we store it with a reference number and the date and time it was received.
Like any website, our server and hosting provider process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the forms from abuse.
We also record anonymous first-party usage events about how the website is used. These events never include names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of messages. Optional third-party analytics is described under cookies and analytics.
Information kept in your browser
Your saved selection and quote basket are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They contain product references and quantities, not your contact details, and they are not sent to us unless you submit a request or create a share link. You can remove them with the clear option, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you create a share link for your selection, the shared page shows products and quantities only, never your contact details. You can revoke a share link, after which it stops working; links may also expire.
Why we use your information
We use the information you send:
- To respond to your request: prepare a quotation, answer a question, arrange a visit or video viewing, or send a document
- To review a trade account application
- To handle aftersales questions about a quotation, order or delivery
- To keep a record of requests and quotations so that we can follow up and refer back to them
- To protect the website and its forms from spam and abuse
- To understand, from anonymous usage events, how the website is used and how to improve it
- To send occasional updates about new arrivals, only if you ticked the separate optional box
The basis for using your information
We use your details to respond to your request and to take the steps you ask us to take. Each form asks you to confirm that we may use your details for that purpose. Marketing updates are sent only if you tick the separate optional box, and you can stop them at any time. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as accounting records, we keep them for that purpose.
Storage and security
How we store and protect what you send:
- Forms send your information to our own server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Each accepted request is saved in our database with a reference number before any email notification is sent, so a request is not lost if an email fails.
- Uploaded files, such as BOQs and drawings, are stored privately, outside the public website. Only signed-in staff can download them, through links that expire.
- Uploaded files are kept in quarantine and marked as "unscanned" unless a virus scanner is configured on our server.
- Staff sign in with individual accounts, and what they can see depends on their role.
- No system is completely secure, but we limit who can see your information and how long we keep it.
Who can access your information
Our staff with sales or admin roles, each with their own login, can see enquiries and download uploaded files. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to run the website and send notifications.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not put contact details into analytics. If you ask us to arrange delivery, we may share the site location and site contact details with the transport provider carrying out that delivery. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it:
- Enquiries – by default, for 24 months after the last activity on the enquiry. A scheduled retention job then deletes or anonymises them.
- Uploaded files – deleted after 12 months by default.
- Saved selection and quote basket – kept in your browser until you clear them.
- Accounting records – quotations and invoices for completed sales may be kept outside this website for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to do any of the following by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we do not need to keep it for a legal reason
- Stop sending you marketing updates
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, for example when a form or service is added, or after legal review. The version published here is the current one.
