Trade and project supply

Who it is for

Trade supply is the same catalogue sold in project quantities, with the quotation built around your schedule of materials rather than a single item. It is for:

• Contractors and subcontractors looking for a granite supplier to price a stone package for a tender or an awarded project
• Fit-out and joinery companies supplying floors, stairs, vanities and counters
• Stone fabricators buying cutter or gangsaw slabs for their own cutting
• Architects and interior designers, including studios in Dubai, who need to specify a material and know it can be supplied when the contractor orders
• Developers and property managers buying for several units or for maintenance stock

Wholesale and project quantities

We do not publish a wholesale price list. Granite wholesale pricing is quoted per enquiry, based on the materials, formats and quantities you need; larger and combined orders are priced on the quotation, not from a published discount table.

One quotation can cover several materials, formats and thicknesses – for example steps for staircases, tiles for floors and slabs for counters. Each line states its unit (per square metre, per slab, per piece or per linear metre), so you can check it against your BOQ.

For a large quantity of one material, ask whether it can come from a single batch. Natural stone varies between blocks, so a supply split across batches may not match perfectly. We tell you what is in stock when we quote.

BOQ and drawings

If you have a bill of quantities, drawings or a finishes schedule, send them with a BOQ request. The upload form lists the accepted file types and sizes.

To get a usable quotation quickly, make sure each stone item shows the material (or the specified colour), dimensions, thickness, finish, quantity and unit, and whether the quantity already includes wastage. Our BOQ and bookmatching guide explains what to check.

Uploaded files are stored privately and only our staff can open them. Our privacy policy has the details.

Specification clarifications and alternative materials

Specifications often name a stone by a trade name that varies between suppliers, or describe only a colour. If an item is unclear, we ask before we price it rather than guess.

If the specified material is not in our catalogue or not in stock, request an alternative. We suggest catalogue materials with a similar colour, pattern and format, with photographs. The decision stays with you and whoever approves the specification; an alternative is only a proposal until it is approved.

Phased delivery requests

Projects often need stone in stages. Tell us the phases, the approximate quantities for each and the dates you are working towards. Whether deliveries can be phased, how long quoted prices hold across phases and whether stock can be set aside are confirmed for each project in writing. None of these is assumed.

Consultant and approval requirements

When a consultant or client has to approve a material before you order, we can help with:

• Catalogue references and product names for each quoted item
• Photographs of the material, and photographs or video of the actual slabs offered
• An inspection at our yard for you, your client or your consultant, arranged by request
• Test reports or datasheets only where they exist for that material – ask before you commit to a submittal date. The resource library shows what is available.

Trade account application

If you buy from us regularly, apply for a trade account. We review each application. Applying does not commit you or us to anything; any account terms are agreed in writing after the review.

GCC and export enquiries

Supply outside the UAE is not confirmed. If your project is in another GCC country or further afield, tell us the destination, the materials and the quantities, and we will confirm whether we can supply.
