Plan around the distance
A long journey makes each trip harder to rearrange. Agree the delivery date and window well ahead, confirm the day before that the site is ready, and keep a site contact available for the whole window.
If a delivery cannot be unloaded when it arrives, it may have to go back, so check access and unloading before the vehicle leaves Sajja. Ask us what happens in that case before you accept the quotation.
Consolidate into fewer deliveries
Because each trip is long, it makes sense to put everything on one quotation and, where the site can take it, one delivery: steps, tiles and slabs together.

Project and construction sites
Larger sites are usually run by a main contractor with their own rules, such as delivery booking, gate passes, safety induction, protective equipment for the driver and a designated laydown area. Get these requirements from site management and send them with your quote request, so that we can tell you whether the delivery can meet them.

See the stone before it travels
For a long-distance order, it is worth seeing the actual stone before it is loaded. Ask for a video of current stock, or arrange a yard visit by request. Agreeing what will be supplied before dispatch avoids surprises on site.
Receiving the delivery
When the stone arrives:
- Count the pieces against the delivery note
- Look for transit damage before signing, and note anything you find on the delivery note
- Take photographs of the load and of any issue
- Report problems promptly through aftersales support, with your quotation or order reference
