Granite supply to Dubai from our Sharjah yard
We do not have a branch or showroom in Dubai. Dubai projects are supplied from our yard in Sajja, Sharjah, and delivery terms are confirmed on each quotation. This page covers what is different about getting stone to a Dubai site.
No Dubai branch: what that means for you
If you searched for granite suppliers in Dubai, you should know where we are before you call. Our only premises are in Emirates Industrial City, near Sajja, Sharjah. We have previously listed Dubai as an area we serve; whether delivery is offered for your site, and on what terms, is confirmed on your quotation.
Visiting our yard from Dubai means a drive across emirates, so agree a time with us first: call or WhatsApp us on +971 6 579 5548.
Choosing stone without making the drive twice
Many Dubai buyers shortlist online and visit once, or choose by video. Ways to keep trips to a minimum:
- Save materials to your selection and share the view-only link with your designer, contractor or client
- Ask for a video of current stock to see the actual slabs before you commit
- Visit the yard once you have a shortlist, so that one trip covers every material
- Read about natural variation so you know what photographs and video can and cannot show
Granite flooring for Dubai homes and projects
For granite flooring in Dubai, the first choice is between tiles and slabs. Our granite tiles are listed in 60 × 60, 60 × 30 and 60 × 10 cm. Granite slabs allow larger pieces; if you need them cut to size, ask about cut-to-size supply when you request a quotation.
Tiles are easier to carry and lift, which matters for apartments and towers. Slabs give more freedom over piece size but need more handling on site. Whichever you choose, order the full quantity with wastage included, so that the whole floor comes from the same supply rather than a later top-up that may not match.
Apartments and towers
Deliveries to towers depend on the building. Many buildings have rules on delivery times, loading bay booking and service lift use, so ask your building management before you agree a delivery date with us.
Check that the pieces will fit. Measure the service lift car – internal height, width, depth and the diagonal – and compare it with the piece sizes on your quotation. Full slabs may not fit; tiles, cut-to-size pieces or a hoist may be needed. Plan this before ordering, not on the delivery day.
Villa sites
On a villa site the question is usually unloading. A delivery vehicle can bring stone to the plot, but it then has to be taken off the vehicle and moved to where it will be stored. Arrange a forklift, a crane truck or enough labour, and clear a flat, firm area close to the work.
Check that the road and gate can take a large vehicle, and that the community allows the delivery at the planned time.
Community and building access rules
Dubai communities and buildings set their own rules for contractors and deliveries, which can cover permits, permitted hours and vehicle sizes. They vary from one community to the next and change over time, so we do not publish a list. Ask your site, community or building management what is required, and send us the details before the quotation is finalised so that we can tell you whether the delivery can work within them.
Timing a delivery from Sajja
The route from Sajja into Dubai crosses emirates, and traffic varies through the day. Agree a delivery window rather than an exact time, make sure your site contact is available for the whole window, and check that any permit covers it.
Before the vehicle leaves, confirm the site is ready: access clear, unloading arranged and storage space prepared. Our delivery preparation guide has a checklist, and the delivery and collection page covers what we need from you.

Can full slabs go up in a service lift?
It depends on the lift and the slab size. Measure the lift car and compare it with the piece sizes before ordering; tiles or cut-to-size pieces may be easier to handle.
Can I see the slabs without driving to Sharjah?
